Pines Health Services has partnered with the University of New England to offer our community members education and cooking classes on how to shop, prepare, and eat healthy meals on a budget!

This education is offered FREE and programs are evidence-based (USDA current dietary guidelines) and series-based.  Classes are available to all ages and participants enjoy trying new foods or “spicing-up” the same ole’ food in a healthy way!
