Browser Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble accessing a part of our web site or the MyHealthRecord Patient Portal, try these troubleshooting tips. If you are still having trouble, send an email to webadmin@pineshealth.org and include a detailed description of your problem.
Google Chrome
Clearing the cache in the Google Chrome browser:
- At the top right, click More.
- Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear Data.
Mozilla Firefox
Clearing all cookies, site data, and cache in Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the Menu button and select Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
- Check the Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) options.
- Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
To clear the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the Menu button situated in the upper right corner.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
- Click on Clear.
Safari on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
To clear the history and cookies from Safari:
- To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari will not change your AutoFill information.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
